SBlive 5.1 to Audigy2 with KX drivers

I am thinking about upgrading my SBlive 5.1 to an Audigy2 (6.1). Is there an improvement in sound and also does the Audigy2 work as well with the KXDrivers as does my Sblive 5.1?

Works smooth as milk! It has 2x more DSP resources, better DAC's, one additional ADC on board, besides AC97... Add 24/96 support to this, wich is still under development for ASIO, but works well in multimedia apps...

Disadventage is Audigy2's AD_EXT on-board connector wich has only 1 spdif input...

Thanks for that Samir. Kind of hard to find the exact hardware differences. Is it possible to use 24/96 with CubaseSX w/KX drivers then?

Well, yes & no! ASIO 24/96 is still under development! Wait for a month or two & it'll be ok...
