microphone
when i play counterstrike 1.6 (steam) my microphone reverb's and grows louder..then it distorts..is there a way i can turn teh reverb off? i have to use the microphone through ac97 codec as far as i can see...i really like these drivers i'd rather not have to hunt down teh original ones..thanks in advance

in the FX menu disable revern and in the AC97 page turn 3DSE off

i dont' think so...i looked at all the doc's i could find..i can't seem to find that one..a link plz? this thing owns my intergrated sis 7018...i'd use the normal drivers but these ones are so much better...especailly since my front speakers jack is a bit broken...hard to use now

Perhaps you're just getting feedback from your speakers? Try using headphones to see if that's the case.

nono..feedback picks up a frequency and it gets loude and louder...feedback is nothing like a echo
