How Do I Uninstall KX Software??????
Hi All,
Thought I'd try installing KX Audio Drivers / Mixer etc.. as it's highly regarded by Traktor DJ users. (which I'm one).
However, now I've installed it my DVD drives not accessable, my Radeon 9800 display cards not working properly (No TV / DVD, and there's intermitant crackling coming through my speakers.
Clearly, KX isn't for me!!
But how the bloody hell do you uninstall it????????????
Please Help!!
Regards
Frustrated

although i would try to resolve your problems rather than removing kX, have a look at the kx website and http://www.angelfire.com/electronic2...ettingstarted/
to help you get started… once you gt things working you will notice the difference

Hi DJ Stick,
Thanks for your prompt reply! But that's the problem...
There is no unistall in the start menu. & KX software doesn't appear in Windows 'add/remove software' screen.

Hi again,
There was a folder called KX Project which had an uninstall option. I've done that one.
But there's also a menu called KX Audio Driver, and sub-menu KX Mixer, which I cant get rid off.
Any other thoughts?
Thank you for your previous advice & link. I will take time to read it in detail later.
Are you aware of the apparent interface problems with ATI Radeon cards and DVD drives or am I just unlucky?
Regards
Chris

there are issues with Radeon All - In - Wonder cards… documented on the kX Website… it may take a little configuration to get it working, but read the FAQ and other documents on the kX website and then the getting started guide i wrote… hopefully you find something that will help fix your issue
