Problems with Audigy LS, plz help!!!
Hi Folks
i´m from germany, so sorry about my english. After looking for alternative Soundacrd-Driver for m Sounblaster Audigy LS, I found the kxproject and was very suprised. After searching in different Communities this driver seems to be the best to repleace my Creative-Drivers. But the problem ist: I can´t install it. If I remove all Creative drivers and Control Panels, rebooting and installing kx windows tried to read the original drivers from creative an installation failed... When I install kx over the existing Creative drivers, nothing happend after reboot. No Tray, nothing... the creative drivers are still active.... What can I Do????? My System is WIndows XP Pro and Intel P4 CPU wit original Creative Audigy LS PCI Soundcard. Please help! Thnx Marco |

Hi!
Unfortunately bad news for you: Audgy LS is not a EMU 10kx-based card and so it is not kx-driver compatible - ZS and Audigy2 platinum is - so try to get rid of the LS and buy a compatible card - full list of them you can find at www.kxproject.com . Greetings! TravelRec.  |
