SPDIF_IO pinout? (SBLive Digital 5.1 card)

I've searched around quite a bit and have not found any material or forum threads on the SBLive Digital 5.1 that I have. On the card there is a 5-pin SPDIF_IO connector and I am not sure which pins are which, as I cannot find a pinout diagram for it anywhere. Anyone know about this connector?

And if anyone has any info on SPDIF stuff bridging two machines... I'm trying to hook my Live Value in one machine to my Live Digital 5.1 in another machine via SPDIF. I'm guessing that's the best way to get a multi-machine DAW set up, probably with VST System Link? I can't think of any other way. I envision directly connecting certain pins on one card to pins on the other card, which is going to be a bit tricky with two machines.

Or maybe I should wait and save up for a couple pro audio cards and save the trouble?
