No signal from aux2 at the audigy drive
Hi...
I'm using the audigy platinum with kx-drivers 3535 under win xp.
So far I used a complete software based setup, that's why I needed only the spdif out connected to a digital receiver, the headphones out and midi in from masterkeyboard. Even with complex dsp-routings it runs very fine at 10ms latency.
Now I've connected an analog device to the aux2 in at the audigy drive, but I don't get anything through this port. At the line in2/mic2 port it's the same. Although I've tried several routings, directly from prolog to analog out/spdif out/rec/asio, there's no signal.
What can be the matter??
I don't want to use an input from the AC97 because of the bad ADs.
Thanks for your answers!
uml
By the way: When I've once installed the creative driver, I was shocked... It protects the most useful features of the hardware from the user, a very strange concept. Before I've found the kx-driver, I wanted to buy another system! but then kx (3515 or so) solved all of my problems so far, not thinkable how I should work without it - so many many thanks to the kx team!

Hi!
Have you tried to unmute and set the faders for your inputs correctly in the kxmixers ins/outs page???
Greetings!

Yes!
Yes, of course that was the first thing I've done after connecting the device...
To be sure it's not simply a wrong label, I've also tried all input faders and mute buttons.
no signal

I had the same problem. What worked for me was the "Aux 2" was muted in the "ins and outs" in the kx mixer. The color grey means "mute" , blue "unmute". Hope it helps...
