Thumbs Up! Good news!

I got Traktor working , properlly now ....... hurray.
And am brgining to understand these little interfaces , but still loads me dont know yet.

One more thing , the output sounds quite distorted like a resonant disortion , if pushed furhter than 0.

And it dont seem as if its giving a very hot (loud) signal to my amp , but when i turn it up in the mixer i just get a horrid distortion (resonant)

Any info why or how this could be happening ?

No when i turn up the "front" volume slider on the mixer past 0 , it sounds distorted , but my amp isnt recieving the sound loud enuff for it to be distorted , it sounds ok at 0 , but when i acceed that it disorts.

My amp is not clipping it needs more input , but i cant give it more cause it sounds awfull.

The input/output section on the mixer , volume slider "front" cant push it further than 0.

Why?

At 0 you'll get the highest possible signal your card can send without distortion. You have to turn your amp's volume higher, and not pass the 0 db mark in mixer. CL has a loder output but with added distortion. KX keeps the sound clean at 0 db.

not your amp, your soundcard is clipping if above 0db.
