cant get ms gamevoice to work
i am running win xp with the latest updates and a sb live 5.1 player running.
my problem is that i cant record with my ms gamevoice headset and talk to my friends with teamspeak. the ms drivers are working but with low quality. with the creative driver i also have no input . i have hoped installing the kx driver would resolve the problem  there appears no input when i shout into the microphon. i think this is only a setting in the options, but where?  thank you in advance! |

Read the manual, the faq, search the forum... This has been discussed many times and yes, it will work once you get the right settings. If you still can't find an answer I'll help you out.

i know its annoying to answer always the same questions again and again. i searched in the forum, faq and tried a lot of options but didn't found a solution
 please be patiently with me and give me some hints |

1. Make sure you have MIC selected in the drop down menu in AC97 page of the mixer.
2. Make sure that in the REC page you have MIC enabled and turned full up. 3. Do not mute the AC97 fader in the INS and OUTs page of the mixer. See what you get... Just searched the forum: mic problem in messenger i hear my voice on the headphones |
