KX presets available?

I've started using the KX drivers--Audio in my PC is playing to the outputs OK, BUT I am having trouble working out how to simply get sound into the card from outside, using the LIVE DRIVE lin/mic in so that it can be recorded in whatever app is to receive it.
Does anyone have a collection of saved PRESETS up for grabs that perform some basic routing tasks. I've tried pushing all the sliders UP, in the mixer and the DSP window I think, is set to the default with everything showing connected. When I used APSLIVE drivers in win98se I would have to choose between MME or ASIO depending on which app was being used - Is there an equivalent option needed in KX?
Any help would be gladly received. Please.

I am not an expert but I have done some recording with the KX drivers. If you are still following this thread, let me know. Right now I am heading out in search of food.

Doug... Ican get a signal to the live CT4760 at the sound card line in, but not the line/mic in 2 on the front of the live drive. problem is I can't work out how to get the signal recorded in any audio apps. Any ideas? Have you saved any useful preset configurations that could help?

I don't really have any presets, because the default KX setup works for me. What recording program are you using?

Doug.....Thanks for your time. I had trouble because I had not un-muted the various sources in the KX mixer. All is OK now..LeRoi.......
