w3edHead is on a distinguished road

Audigy / Home Theater HELp

Hi

I just download these Kx drivers and ill be honest with you guys im pretty lost so far ...

Ok here is my problem

i have a audigy on a Nforce2 running on xp1

Creative was no help what so ever when it came to this problem and i regret purchasing there product!
But whats done is done.

My audigy is connected through 3 1/8 mini jacks to the back of my 5.1 RCA receiver which has 6 channel input.

None of creatives drivers allow me to have bass coming out of my sub,
i tried bass reduction and turning off ac3 encoding and all but nothing worked

I also have a nforce2 soundstorm onboard which works flawlessly and i get all 5 speakers +sub working perfectly
but i bought the audigy for a reason and that was to get better performance and FPS cause onboard sound takes up more cpu power

These Kx got me very excited when i went for the Speaker test and i heard the sub rump i was like ohhh yeah you guys are the greatest but once again i was dissappointed when i entered a game and noticed that the sub wasnt working again
The sub works in the test but if i was to start a game or a movie it would stop i dont know whats wrong but i do know someoen out there knows whats going on

Do i have to fine tune KX?
My rear to fronts are swapped and everything else should be still the way that it was at installation time

All my volumes are all cranked up so i know its not that
is it plugins?
This has been killing me for about 1 year now cause i could never figure it out and sound without a sub is pretty pointless.
creative support was not very supportive of this they were always telling me that its my hardware not there card but when i told them that my onboard sound works better than there 100 dollar card they had no comment but anyways
i always liked the SoundBlaster line so have the stuff i wrote to them i probably didnt mean
ohh yeah its a SB audigy OEM
Can anyone help me?

in the 'speaker settings':
select '5.1 direct path' preset
click 'bass separation'
tweak the desired separation frequency
