Yes I noticed a similar problem on my Audigy 2, with and without ASIO.

I just changed the latency/buffer size, but that doesn't seem to address the issue.

For me there's an occasional (visible) click in the recordings, not heard whilst recording.
I think the creative drivers may do the same thing.

BTW I record in Sonar..

Anyone aware of any work-arounds?

I just reinstalled KX 3533 on a computer. I listened to a previously recorded WAV file and I am hearing clicks also if I play the WAV back with MEDIA PLAYER.

I can also hear them on playback with the program I made them in.

When I play the same WAV file back on another computer with an SBLive installed using the Creative drivers I don't hear the click.

I don't think I had this problem with 3532. I will have to mess with this a little more.

I wish that I had paid more attention to what I did, but anyway, I went into CONTROL PANEL > MULTIMEDIA and changed the device for output. The clicks went away.

Scout's honor that I will try to be more scientific in the future and note what is there before I change it.

So mess around with the Device in MULTIMEDIA and see if you can rid the world of clicks.
