And another thing, for time to time i hear from my speakers sth like
"pffff" it happens when i play or not music. I thought this will disappear
with new dirvers, but it didn't. What happens?

I use Win2k3.

have you tried using windows xp?

it's worth a try as win2003 is intended as a server OS and thus doesn't rely much on audio.

in win2k3 you have to go to your advanced audio properties and crank up the slider to accelerate audio. By default it's very low, same with video in the advanced section of your display properties to get the speed that xp cant compete with in apps =D

When I accelerated the audio, the hiss went away.

Also, if your running win2k3, you should run dxdiag and click through the tabs and enable all the agp stuff to get games running super smooth and quick.

That's the major stuff from turning win2k3 from a server os into a workstation. And yes, I did say when it's converted, it's much faster than XP, with xpthemes on or off.
