can't get 4.1
Hello, I'm having a very frustrating problem, i've been following the releases lately but none of them allow me to use all my speakers. I'm currently using 3541.
I have tried setting the surrounder in many different ways, but i only get sounds coming out of my front 2 speakers and subwoofer.
I have an Audigy 2 ZS platinum (SB0350 10k2) running windows vista.
p.s. the latest release that lets me have sounds from all speakers is 3538m.

In the DSP, swap the connections for FxBus 0/1 and FxBus 4/5.

you won't get any sound from speakers other than the front two UNLESS you set the surrounder mode to "copy"

Ahh ok, I would use Master Mixer instead of Wave 4/5.
As for WaveHQ, it uses the P16v plugin to enter the DSP, so (I guess) you would need to re-route that as well, to get up mixing to work with it (assuming it has the same issue as FxBus 0/1... you may need to swap WaveHQ 0/1 and WaveHQ 4/5 out of the P16V plugin?). My card does not have WaveHQ, so I cannot offer much info on that, but I am sure someone else can help.
BTW: The swap is only for up mixing (due to issue in Vista and kX 3541), for 3D sources, you should use the original connections.
