Sad SPDIF output on Audigy 2 Help

Apologies for the off-subject question.

I need to get s/pdif output to my video card so i can get sound on the video card's HDMI.
my sound card is a Creative Audigy 2 (no breakout box).

As i was reading the audigy 2 has a SPDIF_IO (spdif0 out) and AD_EXT(spdif1/spdif2/spdif3 out).

My video card's sound pass thru cable has a 2 pin female header that i am assuming for spdif out + ground.

Now, my question is where do i plug the pass thru on my soundcard to get 7.1 or 5.1 output?

thanks in advance.

This page has the pin outs for my sound card:
Audigy 2`s SPDIF IO Connectors wired to DFI LP`s SPDIF Cable is it possible ?

I would think that you would just connect it to SPDIF0 IN (pins 5 and 6).
(assuming that you want audio out of video card in to the sound card, if it is the other way around, then you probably want SPDIF0 Out (pin 9, and pin 7 (or any GND))
