Most recent 3538 version?
I'm wondering what the latest 3538 release was. Is it 3538m or was there something after that?
Thanks in advance.

Is that the most stable (i.e. has the least amount of bugs) version, then?

As far as 3538 versions go, it is probably the best, but it may depend on what programs you use.
i.e.
If I recall correctly, Traktor does not like some of the newer kX releases.

I have XP Pro Sp2, Audigy 2 ZS, & use Sonar 7 as my sequencer. Which letter of 3538 is best (i.e. has the fewest bugs) for this setup?

I have recently discovered in Sonar 5, with kX version 3538M - that when I dis-arm recording on a track - audio locks ups randomly (some times very frequently, and I think depends on what VST(i) I may be using) and sounds like skipping or popping - you cant tell what the audio is supposed to be its so messed up - but I can open the kX ASIO CP change latency settings to correct the problem..... which is better than previous version of kX (3538J probably) where Sonar would lock up completely and I would need to reboot OS becuase of it - it was less frequent tho... but now is more frequent, but a work around exists..
Moral of the story - aint no such thing as 'bugless' anything Imho... kX is still better than CL drivers tho....
Other issues with kX 3539 keep me from installing it, but it doesn't sound like much changed for ASIO since 3538L (if I recall correctly) - so, perhaps you may try version 3538K (the one before the major changes in the ASIO part, added 'Sync:' param/option) as well to see if it behaves better with that version of Sonar... ??
