Preset not quite working

Hey folks!
I just downloaded this nice preset.
I love the way it sounds, absolutely, but I only get it to work on the two front speakers (or rear, if you turn the switch).
I am using Audigy2ZS (SB0350 10k2), 5.1 system on XP SP 2, kx 3539, even reinstalled this morning as there were some troubles.
I have downloaded UFX, it all appears to be much like in the preview screen in the link. But I can't click LFE Phase Out either, as it should be following the description.
I am sure I overlooked something - can anyone enlighten me?

€: Oh come on. This is annoying. I had it working by putting Windows Sound to [...]6/7, and now this doesn't work anymore either.

The device in the Windows Control panel should be 0/1.

As far as I can tell from the picture, the preset does not appear to do any upmixing, in which case you will only get 5.1 audio from 5.1 audio sources.

The phase plugin just does phase inversion, it is not adjustable.

Well it is hard to see all the connections in the picture but I will try (I have a 10k1 card, so I cannot load that preset)...

Connect Surrounder+ to xrouting's outputs as in the default DSP config.
Unload the Stereo Mix plugin as it will not be needed.
Connect fL/fR out (1st/2nd pins) of Surrounder+ to both: Crossover Front and 1st/2nd pins of Headphones 5.1 Downmix.
Connect sL/sR out (3rd/4th pins) of Surrounder+ to both: Crossover Rear and 3rd/4th pins Headphones 5.1 Downmix.
Connect center out (5th pin) of Surrounder+ to both: Crossover Center (L input) and 5th pin of Headphones 5.1 Downmix.
Connect LFE out (6th pin) of Surrounder+ to both: Sub Downmix (7th/8th pins) and 6th pin of Headphones 5.1 Downmix.

I think that should do it (as far as I can tell from the pic anyway).
