Hi.
I'm trying to use "Route Headphones to Center". I also turned ON the "Automute when headhpones are plugged in". The problem is that nothing happens. When I reboot my PC, only Front Analog slider goes down and mutes, no matter if anything (front and/or headphones) is connected. I also tried resseting device and kx to default. I have WXP SP2 and SB0350, Audigy 2 ZS. Can someone help? |

The "Automute" feature applies only to real "Headphones" outputs (those on Live/Audigy Drive). The Center output is not linked to the option (as it is not possible to detect if something is connected to it or not).

Thanks.
Does this also apply for j1 jumper, in case I give a shot at trying to connect it. I've read that the inverse thing happens, you plug headphones and you have rear, no headphones no rear. So, would the kX's automute function detect anything, although it is wrong? |

Oh yes one more thing.
In previous post I stated that the only thing when I turn on "automute" and restart that happens is that fronts go mute. Why is this happening? Since no headphones are plugged-in how come that fronts go mute? |
