Help out there?(kx)

Hello people!
I got the fllowing problem.im using a soundblaster value card under xp and i was hoping that i could record my guitar with it.im using logic but the latency time was too high too play and record.A friend of mine has got a much slower pc but a sounblaster audigy,he can use asio and everything is quite perfect(we both are using Emagic logic).so i searched the web and i found the kx projects driver because i heard with this beast you can use asio with my soundcard.so i installed it,but now ive got the problem that i can only hear the dry signal out of my soundsystem but when i try it in logic(with asio enabled) to record there is no signal,not even in the eq or elsewhere.i tried nearly all options in the kx mixer but nothing seem to work.is this now a general problem with my soundcard or am i simply too stupid to fix it?

search the forum... this has been answered and it'll work fine with asio drivers in logic... latency as low as 2.66ms

Yeah Daniel!
Everybody gets this **** to work,but i dont.what should i do?there is nearly nothing to change in the km mixer or logic what i dont tested.i connected prolog and epilog the right way,i installed the drivers to a maidenly new system,i changed my computer from advanced to standard pc,i switched everything on in the km mixer,every volume is high and nothing is muted,i switched rear and front speakers,.....................
about 4 nights i spent with this ****!Perhaps the probplem is,that i only got the Logic Fun Edition,not the expensive platinum?

addtionally,logic works with the pc av easi direct sound driver,but the latency is too high.if i choose asio as default audio driver,then nothing happens.i can adjust the latency in the logic control panel and logic seems to work with the kx.But i hear no sound and i cant record!HELP!I dont want to buy a new MUCH more expensive card!

it just must work... check everything once more... especialy ensure that you have connected right prolog pins to right epilog ones... btw... which do card you have (better to post info from "kx->about->hw/sw config.") and which input are you trying to record?

My english is so bad,where should i post it?im trying to record my guitar in logic fun.i want to record my guitar with the line-in input.ìm using a very normal sounblaster value(no problem child from dell or so).i can hearmy guitar when i play in windows,but when i start to unmute and record you see that no signal arrives in logic.in kx dsp i connected the prolog in0 and in1 with the asio0 and asio1.the help file of kx says that i should use this settings if i want to record with logic.but nothing arrives in the prog.its really annoying!or have i made something wrong with the driver installation?but there are no error-messages or something like that.help!

I can hear music under windows but in logic the metronome doesnt work!

Line-In? Then just excatly follow to step-by-step instructions posted here: LineIN will not record. StereoMix will but all my tracks are mixed with new tracks. by Daniel.
(also if you search forum for "ASIO Record Line Mic" etc, you find many many other guides, tips and tricks on ASIO recording with kX.)

i mean copy here text from "about..." window of kxmixer (where info of your card and system is shown).
