I have tried a couple of skins from version 3529 through 3531. I was not able to load any. My guess is that these were made for earlier versions and that there aren't any posted that are compatible with the newer versions.

This is just a guess, mind you, I am just a user of the drivers and anyone with a little more knowledge is welcome to correct me.

I suffer the same problem

the skins in the download site are unable to be used by the version 3531. but only one can be use in the version 3528. BTW, the skins are too few, we have very few choices. why? who can make more skins? or who can tell what softwares can I use to make a skin of kX Mixer?

why can't the skins be compatible between versions? this doesn't seem very good.
another thing, is that the settings file is incompatible between versions. this isn't too great either....

maybe we could now stick to a standard Max?!

skins

I'ts pretty much impossible to make skins compatible between versions at this time because the skin architecture is ever evolving and many more changes are still to come I presume.

I have been trying to keep the Brushed skin up to date but I'm having problems with my PC.. one of them being that it freezes after about two minutes in photoshop which makes this task too frustrating to bear.
(Yes I have tried reinstalling)

I am currently re-installing XP but I fear it is a hardware issue.

Untill I sort this out, the 3530 version is all I can offer.
