Input not connected bug

Hello, the probleme is that cubase sx 3 can't see my inputs, it never happend before with earlyer versions of the KX driver. It's not cubase because the same happens with wavelab.

I am using a sound blaster live platinum. I've tried to reinstall the driver properly without succes. I am pretty sure if I could get my hands on an older version of the KX driver it would work. Nothing has changed in my setup. It use to work well.

I'm not sure that this will be helpful but try the following :

If you have an onboard soundcard, deactivate it in the bios and reboot.
Try asio in cubase or wavelab to see if the inputs are being seen.
If they are, you can return activate the onboard soundcard in the bios if you wish.

I had the same problem when I installed the new drivers and I think that I did that, if I remember correctly.

Have you the correct " kX-ASIO" driver in cubase selected? Are you on 48kHz sample rate in your template?

make sure audio accelleration is set to max for record and playback
control panel/sound & multimedia/audio/advanced/performance
