Toggle 'Swap Front and Rear' mode..

Howdy all.

I have my headphones plugged into the headphones jack of my soundcard, & my speakers plugged into the speaker jack of my soundcard.
When the "Toggle 'Swap Front and Rear' mode" radio button (on the Master page of the kx Mixer) is checked, the sound only comes out of the speakers, when not checked only out of the headphones.
What I want is the sound to always come out of both the headphones & speakers at the same time, & I can just turn the speakers off when I dont want them. This means I dont have to constantly open the mixer to the Master page to change this setting. I know at some point I had this going, dont know what happened to change it. Either way, does anyone know I could effect this?

Cheers, Nathan

it looks like you've messed-up a bit. there's no 'headphones jack' on the card (unless you have a 'platinum' model - i suppose you haven't).

looks like you have your speakers plugged into the 'rear out' and headphones into the 'front out'.

Set 'Surrounder' to "4.0 Copy" mode (then same signal is fed to both front and rear outputs)

OK, yeah sorry - I have my speakers in Rear Out Jack, & headphones in Line Out Jack (next to each other on back of card).
I tried the Surrounder option, still nothing, then realised I had the Analog Rear turned down on the Master page. Fixed!

Thanks for your help.
