kX Drivers on Windows Vista RTM

Hey everyone,

I've been a huge fan of the kX driver set since I knew they existed. My Audigy 1 card sounds simply awesome over the base Creative drivers, so much so that I cant live without them.

This poses somewhat of a major issue for me. I'm currently running Windows Vista RTM (Build 6000, yes the final one) and just like the beta versions of Vista, the kX drivers dont work. The actual driver installs but the kX manager suite doesnt work at all. I'm forced to use the Creative 'Audigy beta drivers', which makes my somewhat expensive sound system sound horrible. I'm used to the clarity offered by kX and I cant live without it! I really dont want to go out and buy an X-Fi!

To Eugene and all the other folks who work on this set, please think about releasing a set for 32-bit Vista asap! At bare minimum consider a base driver install and one window where users can set the output to 2.1/4.1/5.1 etc and set the surround mode to Off/On/Copy. I dont need any advanced features, I just want the unmatchable clarity and simplicity that kX has provided me for years on Windows XP.

Thanks!

- Paul
