cannot use wavehq output with my a2zsnb/notebook

i started to use kx a few days a go so i'm still confused with some problems.
i read some about the wavehq and p16v issues from the kx main page and from the forum, but when i started to use it, i cannot make it work. i set my control panel correctly as it is mentioned in the forum, but i cannot make any of my audio application work under wavehq output. i tried with my media player, by choosing the playback device as wavehq. i tried with my foobar, by choosing both ds wahq and ks wavehq, but the playing bar was just not moving. i tried both 32bit and 24bit output and i tried using resampling to 48khz or without using resampling.

could anyone tell me what should i deal with?? thx a lot

Maddogg6 will become famous soon enough

Try disabling the 'DSP > I2S' and/or' DSP > SPDIF' connections (depends if your using analog (I2S) or digitial speakers/outputs (SPDIF)) - in the KX 24/96 router.

Sorry - thats all the help I can offer as I dont have your card model.

edit: but this *shouldn't* have this sympton...as playback shuold appear to happen - but just not heard...
Thus it seems theres more going on....
end edit

thx Maddogg6, yup i tried every possible means with the 24/96 router, but the hq playback just didn't work.
i wonder if it is really because of my card(a2zs notebook), so i hope anyone else who got the same model would give me a hint.

a2zs notebook seems to have p17v, not p16v
that's why it is not fully supported
the same probably applies to a2 value as well
