Continue noise after reboot

Continue noise after reboot
I have an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum, with KX , its very nice!

but now, i get continue noise.. after rebooting, or after a few days.. when pc is on.

when i install the drivers again, the noise is gone ! without reboot.

is that the platinum pro model w/ external drive?
