Audigy 4 SB0610
Hi
My first post here ;-)
During a late night google session in from of the telly I discuvered the kx project, WOW I thought..... this is even kewler than the aps-live thingie!!!! I need to test this...
After listening to the LeMury's analog baby Asynth I was quite stunned!!! Combined with the possibilities of dsp effects etc...... I decided to build a "box" with only asynth + dsynth usin rdp to configure,,,,, kind of boot only
The only card i got hold of in a short period of time..... Audigy 4 (SB0610) Doh.......
I got the kx going with 3538j driver using SB0360, routing and the whole lot in (as I see it) 100%
I realized after reading this forum + tons of google-hours later,,,,,, 3538j is not supported (compiled or whatever...)
Yaik...... I tried then 3537,,,,,, after xxx bsod's I finally gave that up....
Another option was to use the 3538h driver,,,, correct?...... doh.... all download links are dead, or corrupted.... (If any could share those drivers again I would be very happy) I think it was a 3 step install....
I hope someone out there can advice me how to get SB0610 (10k3) working with asynth and what driver to use (and the compatible SBxxxx option during install)
I also run a creamware setup with minimax and modular,,,,, and I hope the asynth/kx will soon be singing along with the Scope stuff......
PS. I know the sb0610 has been discussed in the forum before, but I couldn't find a sollution after reading them..... hope it's ok to post again...
Cheers
Ole P

Asynth is not available for 3538j as of yet (as you discovered).
You can get 3538h from here (near the bottom of the page).
You will need 3538c, 3538g, and 3538h to install it.
See this thread for instructions on installing 3538h.

Hi again....
I've tried to get sound from the "new" setup with 3538h driver...... still no luck
I've connected ProFx Src through a Mx6 to Profx out 2 (don't remember the name)
This is the same setup as I used with 3538j driver that worked, but as of now.... no sound at all....
Tried all the different outputs.
Edited:
After a ssearch in the forums here, I found a similear cause... I had to set the bitrate to 96KHz,,,,, did that and whoilaa..... analog sound output ;-)
Kind regards
Ole P
