I bought an audigy 4 CLA Card months ago(producted in china) and tried your 3538j driver(the driver even refused to be installed in 3537), but this card is actually not fully supported! The Model is SB0610. I found that several main characters such as 24bit support, asio, ac3 decoding and output channel HQ would never work! And in DSP panel ONLY epilog hardware analog output port works, others(only refers to the outputs) not. My card is fully supported in creative offical drivers. My DSP is E-mu CA10300-IAT LF(compared to 10K2, 10K3 mainly adds 64bit OS support). I hope this model can be supported in your next kx drivers. Thanks!

strange…
before you say things don't work, you need to make sure of a few things AC3 decoding and passthrough have to be activated from the main window of the mixer - have you tried this yet? 24/96 is not supported in ASIO, and is only supported in recording (while bypassing the DSP) when you say that Wave HQ won't work, did you test all speaker outputs? I'm not certain if Wave HQ is stereo only, but if it is you will only get signal from the rear output as the default kX setting is to swap the front and rear outputs Also please describe your problems with ASIO in as much detail as you can. But please remember, this card has never officially been supported, and as such is only listed as "Partially Supported" on the kX Compatibility List

Hmm, I get it. ASIO is not for outputs but for recordings, right?
But, my "24bit support" does not refer to ASIO, I mean the "24bit wave out". I have tried all the wave channel from 0/1 to HQ. And I used rear outputs for my 2.0 speaker with the "front and rear swap" checked. I used foobar2000 ks output using 24bit streaming but it says "error" in all the output channels. I know this card is only partically supported, but I hope it will be more supported in your future works. Does your driver enable the ac3 decoding by default? I tested when in default settings just after installation and exported ac3 SPDIF signals but only heard noise. |

you need to check the box on the main mixer page for it to decode
There's a "SPDIF AC3" icon you need to check to enable decoding
