Borderlands (PC, PS3 & X360) Review @ GH

Read The Review Here
________________
Borderlands is an unusual game - a shooter hybrid which combines elements of RPG games such as leveling, looting and fine tuning items in your inventory to pimp out your character. Gearbox are keen to point out that they have created a role playing shooter, an RPS. Imagine a shooter which feels like an MMO and you get the picture.

Looks to be a brilliant game, there is simply not room for it IMO. Maybe in December

Same sentiments here. I had a good feeling about this game, about what type of game it would be, and the review proved that this game is right up my alley. Unfortunately, it was either this, or Uncharted 2... I chose the latter. This will have to wait until after I finish U2 up, but I'm definitely picking it up before years end.

Very good review. Thank you for the info about the single player aspect.

Seems like it could be a fantastic game for mini-LANs, but I guess the multiplayer is all online?
