MW2 PC: 162 one-star reviews, 352 "boycott MW2" servers

The Modern Warfare 2 PC boycott really is picking up steam with lots of terrible pre-release reviews and server owners making their selves known.

Following Infinity Ward's announcement that the PC version of Modern Warfare 2 would not be supporting dedicated services, a first for Call of Duty, the PC community has shown their displeasure en masse.

People are crazy they write reviews about a game that isn't out yet

Yeah like L4D2 boycott , at the end Pre-order sales for L4D2 was 300% L4D1.

They should boycott the PC version, no dedicated servers effectively makes the game totally useless online. I'm sure the single player campaign will be awesome but 2 years from now that won't matter...the online component is what keeps a game alive.

I just don't get what was wrong with CoD4 dedicated servers, they had got onto a working system, so why change it now

I would like to hear someone from Infinity explain the reasoning behind this move.
