Introversion Software now offers a new patch for Multiwinia, updating the multiplayer variant on Darwinia to version 1.06. The patch is available though the game's automatic update function except for copies purchased through
Steam, which will get an update sometime this week. The new version addresses some bugs and other issues, and word is: "This is the first patch for Multiwinia but we are already at work on the second. The second patch contains lots of improvements to the game lobby - such as lobby chat (yay!), kick/rename support, ability for players to signal "ready" before entering the game, password protected servers, and a load of other stuff."
