Bletch UK is on a distinguished road

I sold my PS3 when I heard this was coming out for PC... Starting to regret it a bit actually...having flashbacks to the awful control system for San Andreas. Still at least the slowdown won't be so bad on my PC after tinkering with settings.

does that mean that there is an additional 10 GB worth of "code" or what have you to make the game run on a PC compared to a 360? WTF? or was the 360 a double disk game?

The extra space might be for either movies or for the digital download versions (which require space for the download and then to extract the game) either way hard drive space isn't an issue these days.

Aren't the textures etc of the PC version higher resolution too?

Ya, that might be the reason though I can't imagine all the textures would be that large. There's been a few PC games which required tons of space (Stranglehold and Turok come to mind and they didn't even look that hi-res).

right from one of the links in this very news article...

"The graphics engine has also been improved, with more realistic lighting and a higher level of character and environment detail, according to Eurogamer. Resolutions up to 2560x1600 will be supported."

OMG...very soon, I'll have a video card that can handle it...
Aside from that I'm well-equipped here...I feel sorta proud.
It does look awesome...but aside from the graphics I won't
like it...guess I'll be firing up uTorrent to get it then...lol
