Crytek Acquires Black Sea Studios

Crytek announces the acquisition of Black Sea Studios (Knights of Honor, Worldshift), saying the Bulgarian developer will now be known as Crytek Black Sea (thanks Gamer's Hell). Here's the deal:

Crytek GmbH today announced that it has acquired Bulgaria-based Black Sea Studios Ltd. Under the terms of the acquisition, Black Sea Studios will become Crytek Black Sea, a wholly owned studio. Black Sea Studios development team will remain in Sofia, Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed.
