E3 2008: Postal III Hands-on

The Postal series is synonymous with controversy. Heck, the last game had you impaling cats in a most unsavory manner so it's understandable that parents might be quaking in their boots at the thought of another entry. At this year's E3 I got the chance to swing by the Akella booth and get some hands on time with a very early build of Postal III.

I'm really looking forward to this game. I don't expect an amazing gameplay experience but it's rare that I can laugh myself silly while playing a game and that's what Postal II did. In fact, it kinda reminds of playing Duke Nukem with comedy and violence over graphics and story.

I was waiting for a decent looking postal game (cause that was really what it was missing).

When Postal II came out I remember it barely ran on my 9700pro, hopefully with the Unreal engine going in this one it'll look decent enough to immerse the player while he's pissing out flaming churchgoers and shooting rounds from a cat corpse into a terrorist
