WWI Attendees Not Guaranteed Lich King Beta Entry

Everyone who attended the Worldwide Invitational last weekend received a gift card, allowing them to claim the new non-combat pet, a mini Tyrael. In addition to this, the card also entitles players to enter a beta test for one of Blizzard's new games. We've all assumed the next beta testing would be for Lich King, but French community manager Thyvene has issued a statement saying that it doesn't guarantee a spot on WoW's next expansion beta.
