It seems that Fallout 3 has been tagged as Refused Classification by the Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification board. This is just a rumor for now and, if true, there is always the possibility of an appeal. Apparently, the game features the use of Morphine as a stimulant and this is allowed only in case of 18+ titles. The problem is that games in Australia can only be classified 15+ and this rating does not allow such features. We will keep you updated on this matter as it develops, but usually, as long as a title has been denied classification, there are very low chances to be accepted due to an appeal.
