Fireglow Games now offers a new playable demo for The Stranger, their upcoming RPG with RTS elements. If this inspires déjà vu, it's because a previous demo for the game came out in August 2006 (
story), back when the game was described as an RTS with RPG elements. What's stranger than that is the half-dozen different editions of the demo, each serving a different language, as there are demos for English, German, Italian, Polish, Czech, and Russian. All six demos are mirrored on
AtomicGamer,
FileFront, and
Gamer's Hell, while the English edition alone is also available on
ActionTrip, and
FanGaming, and
Internode Games Network.
