Halflife2.net points out that guest passes should now be live on the Steam accounts for those who have preordered The Orange Box and already own one or both of Half-Life 2 and Episode One. The "Manage gifts and guest passes..." option under the "Games" menu will allow you to give away the extra copy of either Half-Life 2 or Episode One to whomever you choose.
