O.J. Simpson to pay Goldmans over "All-Pro Football 2K8"

I wrote an earlier story about Take-Two subsidiary 2K Sports’ All-Pro Football 2K8, which includes O.J. Simpson as a player. That alone was not a big news item, but the fact that there was a trailer which included Simpson scoring a touchdown, prompting a large hooded mascot (above) above the scoreboard to make stabbing motions with a large knife ... now that was big news. Well, any money he makes from the use of his likeness in this game, he will have to pay to the Goldman family.

What is the purpose of having that in the game anyway? It sure doesn't make me want to buy the game.

I hope the game includes bonus commentary so we can listen to OJ explain how he'd have done it if he did it.
