Eidos Acquires Mobile Game Developer Morpheme

Major publisher and developer Eidos has announced that the company has acquired North London based mobile casual games developer Morpheme Wireless Limited (Everything Explodes), adding the company's assets and eight staff members to Eidos' New Media division.

Prior to the acquisition, Morpheme had enjoyed a working relationship with Eidos, having developed the mobile version of Eidos' hit stealth action franchise Hitman, as well as the recently announced new mobile game IP, Prism: Light the Way.
