Activision to acquire DemonWare

_______________ Following the emergence of rumours that Activision has acquired Irish software developer DemonWare, GamesIndustry.biz has learned that the reports are true. Based in Dublin, with offices in LA and Vancouver, DemonWare was established in 2003 by Dylan Collins and Sean Blanchfield. The company specialises in creating real-time network software, producing middleware and components designed to reduce development times.
