Something needs to be done about PC gaming hardware requirements. They seem to have done nothing but spiral out of control over the last few years.
I'm a sucker for videogame eye-candy. Crysis, BioShock, Assassin's Creed... the list of forthcoming PC games that have delivered screenshots and footage causing gravity to take hold of my jaw and drag it down is extensive.
How delicious they all look, and my hands start sweating an anticipation of zapping them onto my hard drive making my eyes bleed.
But then reality hits.
My PC residing at home is as about as fast and agile as a blind three-legged dog with arthritis and attempting to run these games in the visual state that I've already witnessed in media... Well, forget it.
