GH Review: Warhammer - Mark Of Chaos (PC)
Read The Review Here
_____________________
Suffused with corrupting magical energy, torn apart by battle and doomed to an eternity of war, the Warhammer world teeters upon the brink of utter annihilation. It is a grim, unforgiving world where every creature must strive for survival. It is a world where magic and superstition blot out all hope of a better future, where peace and enlightenment are not even distant dreams.
These are the opening words of the Warhammer: Mark of Chaos manual. One could not find better words to describe the atmosphere found in this game and it would take a perpetual optimist to play this game and not feel the dread and sadness emanating from it. As most people don't play games to feel miserable Mark of Chaos had better have more to offer than that though.

Just never got interested enough to buy it. Its seems like a cool idea but it either wasn't thought out well enough or they didn't do any quality testing. But I haven't even played it just watched videos of it.

Like the battle protions seemed cool but the whole pace changes when ur two heroes fight and both d othe same attack over and over again until one loses all their health.
They should have allowed greater control of heroes like if they met another on the battle field it shifted to a up close view (showing the battle in the background) and you could choose which attacks to use and maybe even make it turn based.

I love it, and this game gets the old fart vote, the trailer is worthy of re watching constantly, and the review is typically far above what you might find anywhere...I am buying it of course, its a proper game and a proper way to enjoy strategy and gameplay, rather the mental masturbation of other games that will go unmentioned..LOL

I think the cinamatics were awesome in the trailer, very life like animation and the facial expressions were done well. Like they say you can't beat a good facial.

The game was enjoyable, even though I didn't really get deep enough into it... But one thing is for sure, anyone who loves Warhammer, this is a definate game to at least look into...

The Warhammer games offer so much anyway, sure you will beat them after a bit, but always fun to revisit them, and this one looks like a possible weekend favorite, especially when my fiance is away or made at me, I can hide in the den and blast away at it!!
