DH Article: GT Legends (PC)
Rasta has just finished a great review of GT Legends on the PC - he has also created a great 3 minute video of him driving on Donington track. now if only I could handle a car like that!
The game is modeled after FIA-GTC racing, a popular vintage racing series in Europe. Although the cars are old, the settings are not, and you night feel like you are in a bit of a time warp sitting in your 1965 Shelby GT350, while the LCD screen of the lap timer ticks away on the dash. The courses are modern as well, and you will drive on many dedicated road courses that were not in existence in the 60’s, and others, such as the Nurburgring, which have been entirely reconfigured since these cars had their heyday.

NSF porche unlimited was one of my all time favorites - so having this compared has made me very tempted. Nicely written review.

Nice review.. I also hate starforce with a passion. It always ends up messing with my rig for some reason.. ISI developed the physics and gfx engine for GTL, the gmotor 2 engine- also used in rFactor.
rF is more for mods than a complete game of it's own... but that's what I am playing now, it is actually very similar to GTL in a lot of ways.

Thanks for the kind words, all.
This game is awesome. If you like driving, it is a must buy, and despite the 2/06 North American release date, I was able to find the game being sold online as an "import."
rasta
P.S. SturReal, there are no Lancia models, but that Elan 26R ought to satisfy your cravings for light, tossable handling.
