bout time they started getting back into the high end exotics. this could be fun as hell with a DB9, Ford GT, Corvette C6 and Corvette C6 Race Car (why the hell they put a full fledge race car in with these, i dont think ill ever understand) Dodge Viper, Lambo. Murcielago/Gallardo, and Porsche Carrera GT.

im really hopeing this ends up being a great hybrid of Hot Pursuit and Under Ground.

found a couple of screens of the Carrera GT

and the only shot of the vette i could find. going by the looks of it, thats the C6.R

I agree. The exotics were one of the main reasons why I loved the series. Then when they went the import route, my interest in the series went in the other direction. Surprised there are no Ferrari's though. Oh well, I'm just happy the Porsche 911 Turbo, Carrera GT and GT2 are there

Edit: Oh yeah, I do hope (for all that's good) they get rid of that EA Trax crap. Dunno why they insist of putting these lame a$$ songs from these lame a$$ bands and rappers too

i saw that list last week on www.nfsunlimited.net but umm wheres the 350Z and skyline...? theres a supra, rx-7. i dont understand why theres no CTS-V or 300C SRT-8

ya, queens of the stoneage did have a great song on underground 2. personaly, i loved the entire HP2 soundtrack.

as for the current sound track, ive only heard of 4 of the bands, and 1 of the songs. Tao of The Machine is the only song ive heard from that list, pretty good song too. as for the remix, hopefully they dont screw it up too much.

BT - Kimosabe was a good racing song. they got rid of a decent song he had on the game called Flip/Switch. Chingy - I do is the ultimate song for raping your subs. Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition is by far the most diverse and excellent soundtrack I've heard in a game (that was not original). It had a bit of everything.

The sound track for Hot Pursuit 2 was great, but since Underground it went down hill. Even the tracks for Burnout 3 and 4 suck.... well about half of them to be honest

hot pursuit 2 was ok, not enough variety. it was only rock and techno. underground 2 is missing quite a bit of decent techno.

one more thing, the dude Paul Linford I don't think did Enemy of the State. as far as I know it was Harry Gregson Williams. Why do I know this? Because he did the music for metal gear and i have no life but metal gear.

Worst car list ever... How the hell you pimp a mclaren slr? I mean, these cars (porsche, astons, ferrari, lambo, etc) are SUPER cars and are already perfect. Adding some crappy spoiler will only slow em down and make you look like an ass.

I totally hate the fact they got rid of the REAL tuning cars (Hondas and such) and instead, just give you cars that are not meant to be touched with. I mean, the SLR is a beauty to look at and I don't see how adding 5000 kg speakers in the ass will make it cooler. Just a waste.

Music is average. Total EA.

Yes course I have. My favorite was Porsche Unleashed but what I mean is for a UNDERGROUND game, you can't put super cars. It just clashes and all. Make another Hot Pursuit and I'll gladely drive those cars in that but please, not a in pimping game

they need to learn from rockstar, vice city and midnight club 3 are the best soundtracks

no the vanquish is their top car. V12. the DB9 replaces the 7

Put per ton, the DB9 is faster than the Vansquish (meaning more torque) and also, the DB9 has a semi automatic gear box, MUCH better than the V12 vanq with it's manual flappy pedal gearbox.

Honestly, the DB9 is their best car

(that's coming from an aston fanatic)

I loved the PC version...wore out a logitech $9.99 game pad with it

also tweaked a viper to have a few thousand pounds fo torque and just as much HP

What are you talking about... I hate underground and I loved the older ones. Did you even read my posts PJ? I loved Porsche Unleashed and Hot Pursuit 2 was fun but the PC version was crap compared to the gorgeous PS2 version with replays

Well the thing is I didn't have a joypad for PC so of course, that sorta ruins the experience (keyboards must die!!!) and I liked having replays for the PS2 version (it was a gorgeous game soo worth watching) but it was still very good no doubt. My fav is still prosche unleashed
