The PVP is pretty fun but theres an archtype called a stalker that can 1 hit kill almost everyone else in there so theres lots of complaning from the other AT's,

Well, it's not like the stalker can really fight toe-to-toe.
But anyways, yeah, CoV is pretty much like CoH.
Main complaint from almost everyone is that CoV doesn't feel villainy enough. You basically fight the same stupid bad guys... first of all... why are you fighting the same stupid
bad guys? Isn't it supposed to be the good guys you are supposed to be beating up?
The "kidnap" missions feel like rescue missions.
The only villanous crap is bank robbing.
Yes, you'd think that you are trying to "eliminate" villainous competition, but really... The only good guys i've been fighting are the Longbow. I haven't seen anything else.
And I was looking forward to terrorizing the dumb citizens that the CoH zones always walk upon.
The ATs? They aren't superbly the same. Brutes to tankers, Masterminds to Defenders, Dominators to Controllers, Corruptors to Blasters, and Stalkers to Scrappers.
Brutes are pretty much super-heavy Scrappers. That's all.
Masterminds are a totally different bunch from defenders. In fact, they seem to be the most unique compared to the Defender. Unfortunately, if you are planning to buy CoV, you'll encounter craploads of people rolling Masterminds.
Dominators to controllers... I dunno. Haven't experienced much of them.
Corruptors to blasters... Corruptors, im guessing, tend to be more or less blasters, with less damage.
Now, Scrappers to stalkers... Well, stalkers does this assassin strike. Basically, the one hit kill. Stalkers get hide, basically invisibility, and it's a required power. And with this hide, you can get Assassin Strike. In order to get this one hit kill, assassin strike needs to be performed while hidden. Other than that, the main difference is that Scrappers has more defense than stalkers. Stalkers get more damage.
