My steam folder is HUGE

I just thought id let everyone know that my Valve folder has accumulated 8.52 gbs worth of space off my harddrive.

hey, when steam validates a retail hardcopy game and backs it up in the steam directory can you then remove the installed retail game?????????thx

my UT2004 folder is 6.78GBs with no backups

Tribes:Vengeance is 4.45 no backups


it's 5 CDs...what did you expect?

no its not all for hl2

and you can back up your HL2 installation files onto a DVD or 5cds, its an option in steam.

That includes Jailbreak, Checkmate, and all the map packs tho

i was just wondering if all that space was just hl2 or that and cs:s and????

my ut2004 folder is a little over 10gig,mods,mods and more mods and over 150 custom maps.
today about 10 new mods came out also because of stage4 of msu,almost 2.5 gigs worth.
