Ummmmm, I think I'd say Half Life 2, Far Cry, Doom 3. Half Life 2 has such an interactive atmosphere and excellent storyline. Whereas Far Cry to me just lacks in atmosphere - but compared to other titles Far Cry kicks ass and is still my fav game.
