Unreal Tournament 2004 retail patch v3339 & ECE bonus pack v1.1

Epic Games sends along the latest patch for Unreal Tournament 2004 to upgrade their futuristic multiplayer first-person shooter to version 3339. This release applies more gameplay tweaks, bug fixes, and other changes as detailed in the release notes, and it's accompanied by an updated version 1.1 of the Editor's Choice Edition bonus pack for new users (the patch already includes the bonus pack changes).

Although this is good for those with buggy connections,
- More speedhack detection tweaks (less false positives)
