Games Shake...?
OK, well, hard to say, but most of my games graphics 'shake', as in move around a little bit on the screen...
I've noticed this in Call of Duty... and in Duke Nukem 3D... don't think I noticed it in Mafia though... Maybe an OGL problem? Sounds like it, since Mafia is the only D3D game I listed here.
But, could it be because I overclocked my GPU? Helpo por favor!

It might be your monitor... my monitor does something like what you're describing when large areas of contrasting colors move, or change.
An easy way to notice this is to set a dark wallpaper, and drag an empty notepad window up and down slowly on the left hand side of the screen, and I get shifting colors and movement on the other side... needless to say, I'm thinking of getting a new monitor soon.

Naw... I think it's just games it does it in... don't see it on Windows, here, or anywhere else... I still think it's a graphic problem (OGL).

Refresh rate
You have to set the proper refresh rate. Some games don't accept the set refresh rate and are defaulted to 75 Hz or even 60 Hz. You'll have to set it in the configuration file of COD (config.cfg and config_mp.cfg)
Find or add:
seta r_displayrefresh "##" and set your refresh rate.
You can also set it in the console with:
/seta r_displayrefresh ##
But this might require you to restart the game or do a /vid_restart, so you might as well edit the config files.

Well then, why did it do it in Duke Nukem 3D? (I set the render mode to OGL, never used to shake before)

Try COD first, see if I'm right or not.

Well, I have an autoexecutable full of commands that work best with the game... And I already had that command in there... so, I guess not...

AHA! Noticed it again while looking at a custom CS weapon in Half-Life Model Viewer... so maybe it's the display drivers? Should I try a reinstall of the latest Omegas?

It couldn't hurt, and you could always try a different set of Omega's, or Catalyst to make sure it is/isn't a driver problem.

Well I had the Omega 4.7's before... So, I guess that messed it up somehow
Still got the refresh rate problem on the monitor that is really pissing me off... Emailed ViewSonic but their automated responses don't help worth shit: "Did you try changing resolutions?" "Try changing to 32bit color"... WOW! No one is that retarded
