Depends on my mood..
Although I have a lot more FPS games, it doesn't necessarily mean I adore them more than a solid RTS or adventure game. I'm quite the diverse gamer.

ooooo ..
Firstly:
RPG ..... they are my favorite...
Secondly:
All genres as long as they are made properly (eg. a thought through story..proper debugging...that stuff)

I don't really have a favorite genre, I like games from pretty much every genre except sports games, and racing games.
My most favorite games are probably RPGs, but a lot of popular RPGs, I can't stand, like most of the Final Fantasy series, and any other RPGs where combat is so dumbed down and repetitive.

So what RPGs do you play?....(I am looking for new ones )
Me myself, I am into Baldurs Gate I and II, a little bit of NWN, and a hint of Lionheart: The Crusade ....

Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, and Planescape: Torment were my favorites. I've been meaning to get NWN sometime, not having tried it yet, but mods and modding for BG are keeping me occupied.
