Yes it is (it was $40 when I bought it retail)! I'm playing it for the second time on the highest difficulty right now and still enjoy it. I wanted to try 'sneaker' difficulty (can't be seen or hit anyone), but I can't stop carefully walking up behind them and whacking em down with the blackjack. The dagger is pretty useless unless your pissed off and are out for blood.
Back to the point, it's worth the money to me. It should be closer to $20 online by now.

The game has many faults, but unlike deus ex2 its very playable and a lot of fun. if you talk to neon cowboy about it he will extol its virtues for many an hour.
recommended but not without its graphical glitches.

Gamespot gave it a 8.3
That's a good score. I find that 98% of the games I play which score over 8.0 from Gamespot end up worthwhile.

After Zardon mentioned that my gamepad could be the cause of my character's constant moving to the right (It was that, Z) I found the only other problem to be the constant jerkiness when moving around in FPV. I finally resorted to playing the demo in 3rd Person and am having quite a good time with it. I think this one will end up on my 'get it when the price drops' list.
